Make sure that you get the maintenance visit included in the price of your Ecoflo ®
Simply fill out your maintenance agreement and return it to us.
The maintenance agreement, which was handed to you along with the owner’s manual when your system was installed, will allow us to perform maintenance on your Ecoflo ® and honor the warranty included in the purchase price. Annual maintenance is an essential step in the effective functioning of your Ecoflo ®. Accordingly, the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs requires that the owner of an advanced secondary treatment system be bound by contract with the system’s manufacturer. Maintenance must be performed every year throughout the lifetime of the system.
